- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My boyfriend and I went there and when we walked in the girl at the front desk had her headphones and looked miserable. We weren't greeted or anything. We went back to look at the dogs and we found one we liked. I went to the front desk and the girl still had her headphones in, she made it seem like I was interrupting her listening to her music by the sigh and eye roll that was made as she took her headphones out. She told me the dog we were interested in was already taken. Maybe a sign indicating he was taken already would've helped. Workers and volunteers at PAWS in Dearborn county Indiana and Boone county animal shelter are always friendly and eager to help.
